With the return of in-person Open Days at the University of Oxford in the summer of 2022, Greene’s College Oxford would like to extend an invitation to the students of our agents and institutional partners to join us for a free programme of Open Day preparation and university advice. Students will be able to use our historic buildings in the heart of Oxford as their “hub” throughout the day, from which they can explore the city and visit the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford. Students are very welcome to return to Greene’s as they wish throughout the day, if they feel they need a break from their other activities.
We will begin the day with a welcome breakfast at Greene’s, with the college’s Senior Academic Team, many of whom are Oxford graduates, followed by an introductory seminar on “How to make the most of the Open Day experience”. During this, your students will be able to discuss how to make the most informed choice about their course and college selection, and what it is like to live and study in Oxford. In between visits to their preferred colleges, students will be invited to attend a question and answer workshop with our university preparation team over afternoon tea. In addition, they will be able to book one-to-one, personalised advice sessions with our university preparation advisors and specialist subject tutors.
Le site Greene’s Oxford Open Day events provide an excellent opportunity for potential Oxford applicants to gain insight into student life at the university, and to benefit from the knowledge and expertise of Greene’s staff and tutors.
