Fundada por el pionero de la educaci\u00f3n internacional M. Crist Fleming en 1956, TASIS The American School in Switzerland es una escuela diurna y un internado comprometidos con la creaci\u00f3n de ciudadanos del mundo a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n, los viajes y el servicio.<\/p>\n

TASIS acoge a alumnos desde preescolar hasta postgrado. Aproximadamente 750 alumnos componen cada a\u00f1o los cursos de Primaria, Secundaria y Bachillerato, con unos 260 alumnos de Secundaria y Bachillerato residiendo en el campus. El alumnado representa cerca de 60 nacionalidades cada a\u00f1o y habla m\u00e1s de 30 idiomas diferentes como lengua materna.<\/p>\n

Los estudiantes de Secundaria pueden elegir entre cursos individuales de Colocaci\u00f3n Avanzada o cursar el Diploma de Bachillerato Internacional (BI), lo que les ha ayudado a recibir ofertas de cientos de excelentes universidades en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os. La Escuela ofrece un amplio programa de Bellas Artes que incluye cursos de teatro, m\u00fasica y artes visuales, lo que permite a los aspirantes a artistas de cualquier tipo encontrar su voz creativa y cultivar su talento.<\/p>\n
