Overview
Akademeia High School is a private day and boarding, academically-selective high school in Poland, offering the British curriculum of iGCSE and A Level, and preparing students for the best universities in the world. We offer young people a combination of academic excellence, co-curricular activities and individual pastoral care to help develop their talents, passions and life skills and provide the best possible preparation for life both at university and afterwards. We also support talented students from various backgrounds with our scholarships. All classes are conducted exclusively in English. We are an accredited UCAS centre, Cambridge International, Edexcel (Pearson) and AQA examination centre. We also run a special intensive SAT/ACT exam course for students who are interested in applying to American universities.

Extra-curricular
Akademeia students can pursue a number of co-curricular courses ranging from Global Development and Law through Debate, Coding, and Scientific Research Methods, to Music, Drama, and Creative Writing. All students also participate in Personal Development Scheme where they choose activities the most appealing to them. PDS provides students with an opportunity for self-discovery and personal development. The scheme consists of extracurricular experiences (e.g. public speaking, voluntary and charity work, internships in companies, summer work experiences) that help develop the confidence and social skills that will serve our students well in later life and enrich their university applications.
